International readers who have preordered the US hardcover edition: Send your preorder receipts and your address (typed out exactly as it should be on an envelope) to my assistant, Alisa, at levensellers.pa@gmail.com to claim your incentive. You may also request additional bookplates at this time for my backlist. Please include the quantity and title of the book they’re for. This promotion ends on September 22nd.
